Your first appointment is on us

Where do I turn?  What do I do? What are my rights?  Where do I stand? How much will it cost? Will I lose my home? What about the children? Can that really happen? How long will it take?  Will I have to go to Court?

Are any of these questions playing on your mind, but you are unsure where to turn to have them answered?  At Mitchell Ryan Solicitors we understand that the fear of the unknown can be very worrying.  Therefore, we offer a free first appointment to all new clients to give you the opportunity to explain your circumstances to us, and to allow us to advise you.  This appointment usually takes around one hour and is a great opportunity to have all of your questions answered, and for us to provide you with relevant and helpful information, to provide structure to the path ahead.

Due to our approach and flexibility, this appointment can take place where you feel most comfortable and also outside of usual working hours.

We will provide you with a list of what you will need to bring to your appointment and questions to consider in advance.  This will help ensure that we focus on what is most important to you and that your time with us is fully maximised. We want you to leave an appointment with us feeling like you have learnt something, giving you the strength and confidence to understand the way forward.
