If a fixed fee is not relevant or suitable for your matter, we are also able to offer our expertise on an hourly rate basis.
Hourly Rate
Our hourly rate is £295 + VAT.
Our hourly rate is charged in line with the time spent on your matter and at our FREE First Appointment, we will endeavour to obtain as much information as possible from you, in order to provide you with a personalised cost-estimate.
As well as our costs, additional expenses such as the fees of any Barristers, Experts or Court fees may be incurred. Again, these should be known from the outset and will also be contained within your cost-estimate.
Unlike most other Solicitors’ firms, we do not ask for any money upfront from a client, and we only charge for work undertaken. We ensure that regular interim bills are delivered to our clients to assist with their budgeting and to allow our clients to closely monitor their ongoing costs.
Legal Aid
We are not able to offer any legally aided services as we do not hold a Legal Aid Contract.
